Hello everyone,

Just a quick message of thanks to you. We are just settling back into a normal routine now, following our return home last Friday after our first RV holiday around the Okanogan Valley.

This was our third visit to Canada, but the first holiday of this kind. We just wanted to say thank you to you all at All Drive for making this such an enjoyable experience.

We would just like to congratulate you on the excellent service the Company provided. Your friendly and efficient staff in the Vancouver office, reservation for our first night at the hotel, transportation from there back to your premises to pick up the rig and again on our return journey, dropping us off at the airport were greatly appreciated as they were things which we would have had to sort out for ourselves had it not been for the service you provided.

The hire of the 5th wheel gave us just the flexibility that we hoped it would and when we were first shown inside the trailer and the truck we were absolutely amazed at the space and amenities provided and the quality of the whole thing. In fact whilst we were on our travels there were quite a few people whom we spoke to who would have been more than willing to buy it from us. They just couldn't believe that we had rented a truck and trailer of such quality and that it was not our own. We can certainly see why as you say in your brochure customers return year after year and maybe next year we will be amongst those. There were places on our list to visit this year that we just didn't manage to get to, due to time constraints. However, we have friends who live in Toronto and we are throwing around the idea of visiting them next year and then coming into Calgary and hiring an RV and visiting those places which we did not manage to see this year.

We would certainly recommend your Company to anyone who is thinking of this kind of holiday and once again many thanks for everything you did to make our holiday so enjoyable.
